East Chapel

The restoration of the East Chapel is now complete. The restored parquet floor looks great and the whole chapel has been redecorated. There is new discreet heating and lighting in the Chapel and a new music room at the rear. The marble has been cleaned and restored along with the pews and panelling. We have introduced the Obitus system for music which can be controlled from a touchscreen attached to the Lectern. We have added curtains which have been designed to complement the wood panelling. These are controlled by a remote handset (which is also housed in the Lectern). There are fresh flowers in the Chapel which are changed weekly. We hope that you like the changes we have made and find the chapel is greatly improved, while retaining its original character.
